HOW IT WORKS:
The DC motor drives an internal reduction mechanism that converts rotational movement into linear movement through a screw-and-nut drive arrangement. This moves the actuator rod outward or inward, depending on the electrical control direction.
A compatible reversing switch, relay, or motor controller can be used to control extension and retraction. The actuator's built-in limit switch stops travel at its preset endpoints. The limit-switch positions are not adjustable after factory assembly, according to the supplier.
