Cash On Delivery

SWN has launched a new payment system for Indian clients who prefer to pay for the delivery system on arrival.

1) We offer a Partial Cash or Pay-on-delivery option, where one can choose to pay at least 40% in advance and the remaining 60% on delivery for orders starting at INR 6000 and up to INR 40000. To avail of this offer, use the code partialpay during checkout.

3) Pay on Delivery charges extra to be payable on COD orders equal to 7.5% of the balance amount.

4) Some of our items that come under the restricted category do not qualify for the COD method. You can buy normally during checkout using Prepay method.

5) The total transit time in this mode is approximately 12 to 35 days after an order is placed (due to logistics constraints, sometimes delivery times may extend).

6) Currently, we don't accept returns on COD orders, except for damaged items.

7) Kindly note our team shall start processing the order after confirmation from your side. Meantime, you can modify your order information. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel or change your order. All communications shall be sent to your contact details registered with us.
