Cash On Delivery

SWN has introduced a new payment option for Indian customers who prefer to pay partially in advance and the remaining amount upon delivery.

1) We offer a Partial Cash / Pay-on-Delivery option where customers can pay at least 40% in advance and the remaining 60% at the time of delivery for orders valued between INR 6,000 and INR 40,000. To avail this facility, use the code partialpay during checkout.

2) Pay-on-Delivery orders carry an additional COD charge equal to 7.5% of the remaining balance amount payable at delivery.

3) Certain products that fall under restricted categories are not eligible for the COD option. Such items can be purchased through the regular prepaid checkout method only.

4) The estimated delivery time under this payment mode is approximately 12 to 35 days after the order is placed. Due to logistics and customs procedures, delivery timelines may occasionally extend further.

5) Our team begins processing orders immediately after they are placed. Customers may request modifications to their order details within 24–48 hours by contacting customer care via WhatsApp or support email. Once shipment tracking has been generated, cancellations or modifications will no longer be possible (except in cases where further changes are specifically communicated later). All communication and updates will be sent to the contact details registered with us.
