Returns & Refunds Policy

Reducing your return refund rate is a very important part of SWN's work. For this, we double-check and repackage all products before shipping.

Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of goods are delivered. If 7 days have gone by from the date of delivery of goods, unfortunately, we can not offer you an exchange. In normal circumstances, refunds are not possible after a successful delivery as importing and customs clearance require lots of effort and charges; moreover, it is not feasible to return the product to the source country.

SWN will refund, resend, or entertain an exchange for the following cases when you open a dispute:

1) Lost packages.
2) Damaged/missing products.
3) Destination pin code limitations.
4) Seized product limitations.

We have a 7-day return or exchange policy, which means you have only 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that in case a wrong item or size is ordered, there is no policy of exchange or return. Kindly read the size charts available on product pages very carefully before placing orders, as all sizes are international.

In such cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof to refund or replace the product.

Once it's proved that the item arrives in a defective form, SWN's team shall investigate the issue and will suggest a proper resolution as the case may be. Please include the following information while contacting us:

Order number

Proof of purchase

Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)

Complete delivery address

Contact telephone number

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like cosmetics, decorative flowers, custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item on our WhatsApp number +919664364660.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us about the faulty item you received and send video proofs or pics confirming the fault, and we shall provide the exchanged product. In the event we cannot provide you with the same product as a replacement, we will notify you immediately and ensure you agree with the replacement product. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for exchanges.

 

Refunds
We will process refunds in case your shipment is lost in transit or if the shipment is ineligible for import due to high costs, embargo, or unavailability of items. We shall inform the customers about the same through calls or emails, as the case may be. The time for a refund in these cases ranges from 3 days to 60 days, approximately, depending on the case. Please note we do not entertain refunds in case you do not like the product, as it is not feasible to return the product to the source country.

Approved Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-15 Business days.
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 7-35 days.

 

Cancellations
SWN reserves the right to change, modify, cancel, or refund an order in inevitable cases due to unforeseen circumstances like enormous changes in price, unavailability, or government restrictions on importing the order. Also, we can cancel any suspicious order where the address is incomplete or if there is no proper response from the customer within 7 days of placing an order. In case the customer wants to cancel the order, he/she have to inform us through email (care@sociableweavernest.com) or by calling or WhatsApp on the registered number (+919664364660) within 3 days of placing an order.  In that case, a full refund will be issued to the customer to their account after deducting transaction charges of 2.75%. Once the order starts getting processed, the order can't be canceled.
