Pickup later
We provide a 'pickup later' facility for our customers who are placing an order on the website or directly and choose to pick up the shipment later from our store physically when it arrives later. We shall notify the customer about arrival at our local warehouse through SMS or email. The order usually takes around 5-45 days to reach our Indian warehouse, after an order is placed. You can choose the 'pick up from store' option during checkout to avail this facility. The order can be collected from our address-

All orders are processed within 5-15 business days and dispatched within 15 working days except unless there's a force majeure. The item will be shipped out from our worldwide warehouses randomly according to availability. We start processing your order upon receipt of your cleared payment in case of prepaid orders. Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. It is advised to provide a KYC document in case of faster clearance in customs. During processing, it may be possible to cancel your order, but once it moves to the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. Once the order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you by email and will reflect in your order too. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, WhatsApp, or call.

Shipping Fee
Shipping prices are based on product weight, shipping service, and destination. We always try to provide the fastest service at the lowest price. Firstly we consider the delivery time and, if two services have the same delivery time, we choose the cheaper one. Currently, there is free shipping throughout our store.
Warehouse Shipping System
All orders are processed and shipped directly from our distribution center in various warehouses around the world. Currently, we use the standard shipping method only, no express delivery is available.
Cancel or Modify Order Information
If you would like to cancel or modify the order information, please contact us before the order is processed (that is within 24 hours after the order confirmation, in the case of prepaid orders). Kindly provide KYC ( Govt. ID) to get orders cleared fast in customs.
Kindly note our team shall start processing the order, after confirmation from your side. Meantime you can modify your order information. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel or change your order. Notice shall be sent to your contact details soon.
Damages
In case of a damaged product, kindly contact us and raise a complaint with the carrier. We will help you solve your issues, you can also request a new item after paying the part fees of the product (but this facility is available only on selected products).
