Thanks for ordering from SWN. We'll do everything we can to make sure you get the products you need. Here is some important information you should know about shipping.

 

Pickup later

We offer a 'pickup later' facility for customers who place an order on our website or directly and choose to collect their shipment from our store in person when it arrives. We will notify the customer about their arrival at our local warehouse via SMS or email. The order usually takes around 5-35 days to reach our Indian warehouse after an order is placed. You can choose the 'pick up from store' option during checkout to avail yourself of this facility. The order can be collected from our address-

SWN Branch Office

All orders are processed within 5-15 business days and dispatched within 15 working days unless there's a force majeure. The item will be shipped out from our worldwide warehouses randomly according to availability. We start processing your order upon receipt of your cleared payment in the case of prepaid orders. Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. It is advised to provide a KYC document for faster clearance in customs. During processing, it may be possible to cancel your order, but once it moves to the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. Once the order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you by email and will reflect in your order, too. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, WhatsApp, or phone.

We offer standard delivery options; all delivery options are trackable online and guaranteed for your peace of mind.

Orders typically take 7-35 business days to arrive for prepaid and partial COD orders. All orders will be delivered within approximately 7-35 business days.

 

Shipping Fee

Shipping prices are based on product weight, shipping service, and destination. We always try to provide the fastest service at the lowest price. Firstly, we consider the delivery time and, if two services have the same delivery time, we choose the cheaper one. Currently, there is free shipping throughout our store.

 

Warehouse Shipping System

All orders are processed and shipped directly from our distribution centers in various warehouses around the world. Currently, we use the standard shipping method and express delivery on selected items (taxes may be applied by the government of India on delivery for orders valued above INR 50000). 

 

Cancel or Modify Order Information

If you would like to cancel or modify your order information, please contact us before the order is processed (within 24 hours after the order confirmation for prepaid orders).

You can provide your KYC (Government ID) after placing the order by contacting us, to expedite customs clearance of your orders (taxes or duties may apply, and the customer has to bear the cost, if they opt for this self-KYC clearance channel).

Kindly note that our team shall start processing the order after 24 hours of order confirmation. In the meantime, you can modify your order information. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel or change your order. Notice shall be sent to your contact details soon. We sometimes contact you for a change in design, price, or style if products are discontinued. You can provide your input there.

*SWN India reserves the right to replace, modify, cancel, or refund an order in inevitable cases due to unforeseen circumstances like enormous changes in price, unavailability, or government restrictions on importing the shipment.

 

Damages

In case of a damaged product, kindly contact us and raise a complaint with the carrier. We will help you solve your issues. You can also request a new item after paying the part fees of the product (but this facility is available only on selected products).
