How It Works:
The contoured insole sits inside the shoe underneath the foot.
Its raised arch section provides supportive contact beneath the midfoot, while the cushioned heel section helps absorb some of the impact generated during walking. The structured TPU base helps maintain the shape of the insole and provides a firmer support platform than a basic flat shoe insert.
The breathable upper cover allows airflow around the foot and helps manage normal perspiration. The combination of the supportive arch, cushioning and structured base is intended to provide a more supportive and comfortable footwear experience.

Adjustable Length:
The product images show that the insole can be trimmed to adjust its length.
To adjust the fit, place the new insole over the existing shoe insole and use the existing insole as a guide. Trim gradually along the toe area with suitable scissors.
Do not cut into the structured heel or arch-support sections. Trim only enough material to achieve the required length.
