📦 Products are internationally sourced and may differ from locally available alternatives in design, specifications, and pricing

📦 We value your purchase and aim to provide the best service. However, due to the high effort and costs incurred while importing the orders and customs clearance, we do not replace or refund for incorrect sizes or items ordered by mistake (at the customer's end), as returns to source countries are not feasible. Contact us on our WhatsApp number or Email ID within 24 hours of order placement if you want to make changes to your order

📦 At SWN, we strive to offer you genuine quality imported products with a smooth shopping experience. However, sometimes shipments may face customs delays or, in rare cases, seizure due to regulations beyond our control. Occasionally, this may extend delivery time to 60+ days. We kindly suggest checking any import restrictions before placing your order. If a product is permanently held by customs, it is a shared loss for both you and us, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such situations

📦 A Partial Cash or Pay on Delivery option is available, where one can choose to pay at least 40% in advance and the remaining (60% + 7.5% COD charge) on delivery, for order values starting at INR 6000 - up to INR 49000. To avail this offer, use code PARTIALPAY during checkout

📦 SWN India reserves the right to change, modify, cancel, or refund an order in inevitable cases due to unforeseen circumstances like enormous changes in price, unavailability, or government restrictions on importing the shipment
