Adjustable Roller Presser Foot for Industrial Sewing Machines
A specialized roller-style presser foot designed to improve fabric feeding and edge folding on compatible industrial flat-bed sewing machines. The roller helps the material move smoothly beneath the presser foot while the adjustable guide mechanism supports consistent edge positioning and hemming.
The foot is particularly useful when sewing materials that can be difficult to feed evenly with a conventional presser foot, including PVC, leather and other fabrics. The interchangeable roller design is available with either a green flat rubber wheel or a yellow plastic gear wheel.

How It Works:
The roller sits in front of the needle area and rotates as the fabric passes underneath it. This provides controlled contact with the material and helps maintain consistent feeding.
The lower guide section supports edge positioning and folding. Its adjustment screws allow the position to be fine-tuned according to the material and sewing requirement.
The presser-foot section is removable, allowing the roller assembly to be replaced when required.

How to Choose the Correct Variant
This presser foot has three separate variant selections. Please select all three according to your sewing machine and intended use:
Wheel Color: Choose Green, Yellow, or Green & Yellow according to the wheel type you require.
Modulus: Select 1, 1.25, or 1.5. This refers to the gear/tooth size of the roller mechanism and should match the corresponding mechanism of your sewing machine.
Pressure Angle: Select 20° or 22.5°. This refers to the gear tooth pressure angle and should match the existing gear mechanism.
*Important: The modulus and pressure angle are mechanical specifications, not cosmetic options. If you are replacing an existing roller presser foot, it is recommended to match these specifications with your current foot/mechanism before ordering.
